Call for Fall Travel Offers to Feature at 2026 Consumer Shows

As we gear up for a busy winter season, Go Western Newfoundland is excited to announce that we’ll be attending several major consumer shows across Canada. These events are an excellent opportunity to showcase the rugged beauty, culture, and experiences of our region—and this year, as part of our Fall Season Extension Project, we’ll be bringing a lineup of Fall Travel Offers to inspire visitors for the 2026 season and beyond.


We’re inviting all operators in Western Newfoundland to participate by submitting offers that can be featured in our materials.

Travel Offer Requirements

To meet Tourism Newfoundland & Labrador standards and ensure consistency across all promotions, each participating travel offer must include:


Required Content

  • Title

  • Description (up to 500 characters, matching Newfoundlandandlabrador.com requirements)

  • Location

  • Starting price and unit (e.g., per person, based on double occupancy, etc.)

  • How to book / contact information

  • Conditions & Valid Dates

    • Example: Valid Jan 6 – Apr 17, 2024. Includes accommodations for two, guided snowshoe for two with lunch and a craft beer each. Snowshoe rentals available for an additional fee or bring your own. Offers are subject to availability. Additional taxes may apply. Pre-booking may be required. Please mention the promotion at the time of booking.


Eligibility Requirements for the Travel Offer

To appear in the materials distributed at the consumer shows, offers must:

  • Be listed on Newfoundlandandlabrador.com (TAP)

  • Be listed on the operator’s website, where applicable (see Fall Marketing Toolkit for best practices)

  • Be posted on the operator’s Facebook page or Instagram grid multiple times (ongoing—not one-and-done)

  • Be understood by frontline staff, who should be fully knowledgeable about the offer details
