The Exceptional Experience Program enables a tourism experience provider in Newfoundland and Labrador, to demonstrate that they are committed to exceeding guest expectations with their tourism experience by meeting specific criteria focused on excellent customer service and the highest standards of business practice. Further, visitors can be confident in the quality and level of service they will receive from their experience.
Exceptional Experiences include all types of guest experiences, from activities and attractions to restaurants and accommodations.
Hospitality Newfoundland & Labrador (HNL) is seeking Expressions of Interest from individuals for a Regional Evaluator(s) - Eligibility List for evaluations of tourism experiences. Regional Evaluator(s) will work with HNL on a contractual as needed basis.
